This will include the leading of Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Professional Education and the Regulatory Affairs function at Group level.I will retain the leadership responsibility of our Orthopaedic business unit - and continue our efforts in developing Spine, Sports Medicine, and other key Orthopaedic segments in the region, by identifying talent and prioritizing regional collaboration to ensure our continued success.

Indonesia

Responsible for growth strategy of the Group's Indonesia operations since late October 2013- Led geographical expansion of direct sales operations from 5 to 18 cities in first 5 years- Tripled revenue in same period- Developed in-house logistics, capable of round-the-clock delivery, and significantly reduced reliance on 3PLs

Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia

Responsible for Orthopaedic Sales division in Indonesia office- Oversaw evolution of sales force from relationship-based selling to clinical selling- Led the development of in-house clinical sales training program for Orthopaedic Trauma business- Achieved revenue growth rates of 70%, 60% and 55% in the first three years
