I demonstrated my breadth of technical and project management skills to enable effective transitioning of service desk functions from Atos to Advanced, installation and configuration of Remedy and creation of a bespoke self-service user portal which significantly enhanced the logging process for incidents and requests.I achieved a number of successes including the timely management of transitioning End User Computing from Atos to Advanced whilst ensuring effective asset, patch and break-fix management. I also led a complex data and application migration from Atos datacentre to Azure migration which involved an 0365 migration and enabling the migration of personal shares to OneDrive and a shared data to Sharepoint migration. I was selected to deliver the highly effective recovery of a global Citrix upgrade on behalf of the Atradius estate following previous project underperformance and encompassing 4,000 users and 90 international sites. I thrived in the creation and implementation of a new Windows 10 looking platform, managing the migration and updating of applications and consolidating multiple desktop platforms. I thrived in the creation and implementation of a new Windows 10 looking platform, managing the migration and updating of applications and consolidating multiple desktop platforms. Following a wealth of success in the project I was requested to remain with the client and manage an Office 365 migration for the whole site and on the Azure platform. I managed key technical activities seamlessly including analysing the existing Exchange data, delivering stringent improvements, organising the migration with very little business disruption and overseeing the full migration from on Exchange on Prem to Exchange online involving the importing of PSTs to Exchange online. I successfully led numerous projects in relation to Royal Mail’s central gateway platform whilst mentoring 2 Project Managers, achieving significant and rapid success including completing network changes that reduced first time errors from 25% to 3%, creating and introducing a stringent cost reporting model that delivered accuracy for cross charging for network changes over numerous internal platforms as well as leading and delivering a number of pivotal software upgrade projects.
