Brethren CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that develops athletes, children, teens, and competitive teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located in Morgan Hill in an 8,000 square foot facility. We train from children to elite athletes, corporate employees and everything in between.
