Lee is an attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and securities law for entrepreneurial and middle market companies. His practice is primarily focused on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and professional licensing. Lee has represented clients in the architecture/engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, and agricultural industries. Lee received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2009. While at Richmond, Lee served as Executive Editor for the Richmond Journal of Global Law & Business. He also received his LL.M in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law in 2013.
