Provide graphic support as well as strategic and logistic guidance to all clinical/regulatory teams presenting at FDA Advisory Committee meetings as part of the drug approval process (16 meetings, 18 presentations). This also includes training the entire team in presentation creation procedures as well as overseeing and contributing to the production of all visual content.Created a Macromedia Flash “teaser” graphic and a matching magazine-styled layout for the division's intranet portal weekly feature story (samples to be added in the near future).Established and managed a satellite office of the Visual Communications department devoted to serving the needs of the clinical and regulatory departments.Design and coordinate the production of scientific posters, multimedia presentations, logos, booklets and many other forms of visual communications.

Clients include Merck & Company, Inc., Ortho-McNeil, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bayer and Knoll. Performed same tasks described below, but with a greater degree of autonomy. Acted as lead artist with oversight responsibility for complex projects involving multiple deliverables and aggressive scheduling. Coordinated efforts of other designers in the completion of these projects.Initiated efforts to evaluate and adopt a digital asset management system which will allow the art department staff (as well as internal and external clients) to easily locate, view and, if appropriate, access every art and layout file we have ever created or purchased.

Served as the art department’s on-site representative at several launch, sales training and education meetings each year.

Initiated, oversaw and coordinated the marketing efforts for MSG and its subsidiary GENESYS. Developed graphic style for all GENESYS sales and marketing material. Designed, wrote and edited a quarterly newsletter. Designed and wrote several print ad campaigns as well as all documentation for the company’s major software product. Responsible for pre-show and on-site logistics for an average of seven trade shows per year.
