Supporting businesses and organisations with authentic diversity and inclusion to help stop groups and demographics being discriminated against for being themselves. I'm helping with the support of mental health issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. Identifying as gay and having anxiety, I've battled with my mental health for a long time. Raising awareness and how to be not only an ally but how to spot the signs of mental ill health in the workplace is incredibly important.

Muted is a men's mental health charity based in Nottingham. Providing advice, peer support, informative workshops and resources to help challenge the stigma around men's mental health issues. I help with site issues, content and outreach to ensure that businesses are aware of the support that Muted offers to employees. Researching different mental health issues and how we all deal with them differently to create resources that are informative but also relatable. Using my lived in experience of anxiety as a way to reach out to others who may be struggling and don't know where or who to turn to.

As a Social Media Manager with one of the UK's first specialist social media agencies, I helped clients generate leads via B2B development, whilst also identifying gaps for missed opportunities on social media. We helped clients generate more than a million pounds in sales through social media. In my role as Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator I was responsible for the implementation of all digital marketing campaigns and strategies, training and management of the Digital Marketing Team. I collaborated with internal teams to bridge the gap between offline and online across the group, this also included liaising with external agencies and other vendor parties when required.
