Your D+I is on a life-long quest to create equal opportunities for everyone. We support businesses to make real Diversity + Inclusion happen through audits and consultancy support as well as fun and personable training workshops delivered online or in person. Our workshops are a safe space to be educated on topics that sometimes can be difficult to discuss. We like to tackle these topics head-on with a little bit of humour and light hearted sensibility. Chris Allan created Your D+I with a desire to make a difference. Chris’s Diversity + Inclusion journey has been shaped by his own life experiences, discovering first-hand that even in today’s society, discrimination is still a prominent issue. Your D+I is here to bring about change and support businesses to make Diversity + Inclusion part of their DNA.
