Responsibilities and duties: • preparing the workflow and organizing the preparation and presentation of all commercial programs; • training deputy directors, film editor, sound editor and designer; • Consulting with our clients to determine time frames and budgets for production of advertising materials to promote their various programs. • Discussing with our clients, analyzing their requirements and needs, and undertaking research to generate commercially artistic ideas, and planning presentation of various materials, such as books, brochures, films, videos, web pages, pictures and other creative materials. • Preparing concepts and illustrations, films, videos or any other visual representation of final material to achieve the best commercial effect in advertising and promoting our clients’ programs and/or products. • Revising, and then submitting the final designs to our clients for their approval and signature. • Preparing various notes, oral presentations, workshops and any other instructions for other participating artists and/or workmates to assemble and then preparing final artwork for printing, display and/ or electronic use.• Being fully responsible of reviewing the final layout and suggesting any changes and improvements through proofing stages for the best artistic effects. • Directing the photography team and being fully in charge of reproducing illustrations, films, videos and other graphics.
