Fresh graduated from UTAR (Kampar Campus) with Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) Business Information Systems. Currently looking for my first job in Information Technology industry. My internship was at CTC Global Sdn Bhd, as Technical Support Engineer. The task that assigned to me was: -Analyzed issues to identify troubleshooting methods needed for quick remediation. -Served as primary point of contact for support relating to owned solutions and products.-Responded to support requests from end-users and patiently walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.
