Current- Applies high-quality treatment based on clinical diagnosis and assessment of the patient’s presenting problem.
- Works with patients to develop treatment plan and goals, based on social, emotional, and health needs of the patient/family and the impact of the patient’s family and environment.
- Effectively provides individual, family, and group counseling.
- Utilizes EMR to accurately documents all clinical interventions, diagnosis, symptoms, presenting problems for patients.
- Provides trauma-informed treatment using Evidenced Based Model.
- Provides counseling services to complex individuals with Mental Health and Substance use diagnosis.
