-Double restaurant sales on the nights I work, and due to my work ethic and reliability, I was given the title "closing server", meaning servers must check out with me before they can clock out.

-Offered the position of Event Coordinator beginning in August 2022 after being initially hired as an intern for the Co-Director of Operations.-Plan 1-2 fundraising events per month, increased funds by 20% from years past.

-Hired as a host in March of 2020 then was transitioned to a host and servers assistant in the fall of 2020, quickly transitioned to host, servers assistant and a server in the Spring of 2021.-Due to my work ethic and reliability, I was given a substantial raise along with a managing shift to allow the current manager a night off.-As a server, I have doubled the restaurant sales and receive reviews from various customers and our VIP customers such as "If the restaurant could bottle up her personality and service style they would definitely cash in." -Freak Show 2022: Responsible for marketing this event to the public, securing various rental items, coordinate drop off/pick up times for rental items, scheduling a band, NYC Odd World Danger circus troupe, magician, and a drag show for the event; scheduling the appropriate staff, coordinating a special menu with the Head Bartender and Executive Chef.-*The Freak Show 2022 was sold out completely which tripled ticket and restaurant sales from the 2021 Freak Show and doubled normal Thursday night restaurant sales.-Work directly under the Special Events Coordinator for Prohibition coordinating events ranging from 15-280 people in order to create a special and unique event according to each customers needs.-Act as liaison between customers and the Special Events Coordinator handling communications between management and the customer, PR, event planning / set up, and staff scheduling.

Worked for multiple Events Manager's catering up to 4 events per month, responsible for the set up and close down of events, working closely with clients throughout the event to provide a fun and special night for them on their wedding day.

-Initially hired as a sales associate in June of 2018 then promoted to Social Media Coordinator in the Fall of 2019 responsible for communications with customers and posting regularly (between 10-15 posts per week) on all social media platforms.-Responsible for almost doubling our social media platform and contacting unhappy customers to work out a fair solution for both parties helping to increase customer satisfaction.
