About Sky Li
The experience of studying in high school and university abroad from an early age gave me a deeper understanding of Western cultural values in addition to mastering the language. During my many years of career development in China, this has helped me play a perfect role in the company's external business development and internal communication, etc. which created a ton of commercial value for the company I have worked for. In addition, after accumulating nearly eight years of HR-related experience from both the corporate side and agency side, I wanted to "break out my comfort zone." In the following seven years, I have established and personally managed three companies. Through "trial and error" practice, I have accumulated much valuable experience in business strategy and the corporate management spectrum. Later on, I was also fortunate to have served as the head of HR in a large Chinese private company, which further improved my knowledge and understanding of domestic local companies' management and operation methods.In one sentence to sum up myself, “I am a seasoned business leader with a deep understanding of corporate HR, and I am also an experienced HR leader with a strong understanding of business operations.”
