 Manage 250+ national employees' payroll including salary calculation, social security, IIT withholding etc.; Develop annual salary structures based on external market movement and internal business needs; Work with regional TR for the job evaluation and career ladder development and deployment; Review HR policy/procedure and provide counsel to customers; C&B related data analysis and reports; Manage external HR service vendors; HR JDE system Maintenance and Management (800 employees' data) Participated in major projects such as organization re-org review, MOOC, China demobilization project, China JDE system centralization and optimization project

 HR Team routine administrative work; Provide logistic support for corporate/HR VIP visits Support HR Manager to develop strategic staffing plan and Org Chart; Support HR Manager for high level reports and data analysis; Support HR BP team for Expatriate's Destination Service; Maintain HR website; Be responsible for Service Awards program and Recognition and Awards Program.

 Support Sr. HR Supervisor for recruiting: resume screening, interview arrangement, Orientation training session delivery Coordinate and organize the workshop per annual training plan Personnel data maintenance in People-Soft system Support big events such as annual dinner, farewell party teambuilding Logistic support: air-ticket, hotel booking, travel expense reimbursement Be responsible for office safety and housekeeping

 Daily logistic and admin work, supporting travel schedule for government official visit, meeting arrangement, official documents drafting;  Liaise local media for Chengdu tourism promotion; Coordinate with Ad agency to design and print booklets and make souvenirs Support Chengdu Tourism Propaganda proposal development and deployment
