  • Develop effective forecast models based on historical trends and conversations with the sales team.• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and develop dashboards that evaluate forecast results.• Prepare and present the full year and quarters demand numbers and insights vs. the previous month's demand by product during monthly S&OP meetings with senior management.• Maintain and distribute lag forecast and forecast accuracy findings during the monthly meeting of the internal stakeholders.• Review forecast attainment weekly with the sales team and provide any significant update to supply planning on forecast "shift or miss."• Look at different ways to improve forecast accuracy by working with the other demand planners on the team to identify process improvements.• Prepare and present the monthly Plan of Record (POR) to Supply Planning by identifying significant changes vs. the previous POR and the drivers.• Work with the other Demand planners to identify process improvement.• During supply constraints, work with the other demand planners to provide supply planning with the allocations by customer/items based on inputs from the sales team and customer insights.• Build and help standardize dashboards for strategic analysis and internal business review.• Review, monitor, and measure all forecast metrics against budget and sales goals
