Main duties and responsibilities included:• Responsible for the production and the written and visual quality of a wide range of products: printed media (including guidebooks, leaflets and maps), website and mobile apps.•As the Content & Production Manager - establish effective processes and procedures to ensure the quality standards are respected and delivery deadlines are met.•Develop a semi-automated and effective advertorial process that facilitates and speeds up the advertorial structure and addresses clients´ feedback•Responsible for the City Pass Guide website´s blog, creating a mid/long-term content calendar, ensuring a good frequency of SEO-friendly blog articles.•Manage a team of 4 people in-house, including a Content Coordinator, two designers and a Social Media Coordinator, plus coordinate the work of freelancers.•Responsible for setting budget and allocate extra resources when needed by hiring qualified freelance writers, editors, copy editors and reporters.•Collaborate across other departments such as IT, Sales and Marketing.•Responsible for Photography and Video works conducted in-house and clients.•Check all content for ethical and legal concerns, including copyright and defamation issues.•Elaborate weekly and monthly reports, setting goals and KPIs.•Organize frequent brainstorming with the members of the team in order to set priorities and listen to new suggestions and ideas to be implemented.•Coach and train new staff members, guiding them on the first steps.

I led the Photography Department. My focus was Editorial Music photography as well as product photography. Clients included musicians, medical firms, interactive companies. I worked through two systems - Capture One and Lightroom 3 with Adobe CS5 rounding out the editing process.
