A member of Trescal’s TEMS Team delivering embedded calibration and asset maintenance to Rolls Royce Compressor Components - Inchinnan.Responsibilities in this role include:- Conducting site surveys, testing and calibration of key process instrumentation and equipment- Installation, programming and maintenance of data logging and control instruments used in heat treatment and environmentally controlled environments- Analysing data collected during surveys and calibrations to ensure conformity to Rolls Royce and NADCAP specifications- Writing technical and survey reports- Maintaining Rolls Royce Calibration and Asset Management Database (Gage Insite &Maximo)- Providing on site support to Rolls Royce Quality and Maintenance Staff- Maintain knowledge of latest NADCAP and UKAS calibration procedures and bestpractices- Collaborating with Rolls Royce and Trescal staff during internal and external audits

Responsibilities in this role included:- Laboratory calibration and repair of thermocouple, RTD and thermistor probes, sensorsand measurement devices. Onsite activities include the calibration of temperaturetransmitters, switches and controllers.- Calibration and repair of pressure/vacuum gauges, pressure transmitters, D/Ptransmitters and safety relief valves- Onsite calibration and testing of customer flow and level instrumentation - Calibration of electrical test equipment and analogue/digital panel meters. Typical equipment includes digital multimeters, insulation and continuity testers, HV test equipment, oscilloscopes and counters.- Basic knowledge in the calibration of dimensional metrology, crimping tools and mass and force instrumentation.- Developing relationships with new and existing customers- Acting as a technical contact for customers advising on product selection, sourcing ofspares and assisting in customer audits.- Maintaining company health and safety standards- General workshop and laboratory maintenance
