As an extension to my work with young adults, I deliver 'Insight' - a career program created to assist people on the autism spectrum. This unique, and one of a kind program allows young adults on the autism spectrum to identify their individual strengths and preferences, and then supports them to understand how they can channel these strengths into a meaningful career pathway and identify specific career goals. I have a well-rounded business acumen and direct experience of recruitment processes which I integrate into the work I do with my clients, providing them with insight and understanding of what employers’ value both during the job search phase and within the workplace.
