As part of my role I work extensively with athletes through the AIS and AFL to provide guidance to prepare for their careers after sport, and with NFP groups and schools to deliver professional development sessions to the key career influencers of young people - principals, career advisors, teachers, and parents. As an extension to my work with young adults, I deliver 'Insight' - a career program created to assist people on the autism spectrum. This unique, and one of a kind program allows young adults on the autism spectrum to identify their individual strengths and preferences, and then supports them to understand how they can channel these strengths into a meaningful career pathway and identify specific career goals. I have a well-rounded business acumen and direct experience of recruitment processes which I integrate into the work I do with my clients, providing them with insight and understanding of what employers’ value both during the job search phase and within the workplace.
