Oversee entire recruitment department while managing a team in providing end to end recruitment via a direct sourcing model for a national Rail & Security company. AchievementsCreated and implemented new recruitment process for the company within the first 3 months of joining the company. This included: new job advertising standards, innovative group assessment program, interview documents and an aftercare process for new starters. Implemented and trained staff on a new ATS system to track recruitment metrics and ensure our department adhered to GDPR. I allowed for a 3-month implementation period, with deadline to roll out new software - May 2018. Headhunting via LinkedIn for management and senior roles within the Operations department, HR, Finance and Scheduling teams.These senior appointments then became my stakeholders within the business. Replaced 60% of head office roles, approximately 40 staff within first 2 years. Recruited, trained and mentored my own team which consisted of 5 staff; 2 Recruiters, 2 Compliance Officers and 1 HR & Recruitment Coordinator.
