• Daily liaison with clients and suppliers to discuss current and upcoming projects.• Initiate and receive briefs for new campaigns.• Follow the status of client work in the creative department, ensuring deadlines are met.• Copywriting, proofreading and review of all artwork prior to dispatch.• Presentation of artwork concepts/layouts/copy to clients.• Communicate client briefs and feedback to the creative department. • Participation in creative briefing workshops.• Planning, preparation and presentation of marketing and media plans.• Negotiating print costs and media rates/packages to suit budgets.• Management and reporting of online advertising (Adwords) and email campaigns.• Generating reports from google analytics accounts and custom CMS (content management systems).• Forming and nurturing client and supplier relationships.• Attending media functions and corporate events.
