Schedule Maximizer Implementation Team Leader - Led an interdisciplinary group in SCI Solutions’ Schedule Maximizer software implementation: of all Radiology services and many sub-specialty clinics, including Primary Care, Eye, ENT, Dermatology, Cardiology, Adolescent Medicine, GI and Nephrology. These departments equated to approximately 185,000 appointments per year or 60% of hospital’s scheduling volume. As Schedule Maximizer system manager, worked closely with department staff members to convert their existing scheduling processes from disparate scheduling systems to Schedule Maximizer.
