Currently running the Hybrid Working program, overseeing the change program and providing strategic direction to optimise post-Covid working practices across Technology, People and Workplace. Key focus areas include: • Maximising use and adoption of Collaboration Tooling including MS365, Teams, Whiteboarding, etc• Upgrade of in-building spaces to optimise the Hybrid Working experience focusing on true meeting equality• Manager and Colleague training for hybrid working best practices • Use of data insights and analytics to empower colleagues to optimise their working day and track wellbeing; highlight areas of interest (e.g. high burn out risk) to senior leaders

Responsible for managing the UC and Collaboration platform covering Real Time Communications, Conferencing, Collaboration, Unified Messaging and Mobile technologies for 8000+ staff. Responsibilities included:• Ownership of Design & Strategy for UC solutions delivering clear business outcomes• Management of budgets (Operational and Investment Spend)• Business Stakeholder & Vendor management• Identifying & delivering platform technology innovations• Delivery of key projects and initiatives.Recent Highlights:• As the Workplace Consultant, owned the client technical design and solution scope for Collaboration and AV solutions in new 350,000 sq ft central London site, engaging via RFP with relevant SMEs and consultants as well as business reps to define the end solutions. Recommendations signed off at exec level, lab tested, costed within budget and currently in delivery. • Ran a technology fact finding initiative to analyse potential inbuilding cellular coverage issues for new site and submit an RFP for potential solutions. Proposed managed digital small cell solution, meeting requirements around coverage, onsite capacity issues and reducing budget, has been approved and is in delivery. • Ran an RFP and agreed a solution to migrate off a legacy on premise Video Conferencing to a cloud hosted VC as a Service managed solution. New service is compatible with overall strategic direction to fully integrate the VC experience across desktop, meeting room and 3rd parties whilst increasing overall usage. Capital costs reduced by £250k whilst maintaining operational budget

Highlights:• Service & Technical design lead on RFP to review existing Network outsource solution by defining service lines, user volumes and total cost of ownership and working with external solutions to optimise commercial model going forward. • Resultant solution combined insourcing with managed services where appropriate leading to a like for like saving of £5.5M (40%)

Highlights:• Managed the eBusiness delivery stream for a Global project to close down UK based data centres and host all core infrastructure in the US accessed via Virtual Desktops.• Delivered a WAN Acceleration solution to enable the DC migration activity and ensure network performance continued to meet business application needs.
