Ever since my first experience with 0x86 computers during my younger age years (with four color monitor screen, no hard disk, no mouse, with 5.25-inch floppy disk as the only data storage and transfer medium), the inner working parts of a computer had always been interesting for me. I would spend hours playing and understanding how a DOS powered game functions.That’s until the introduction of 9600 bits modem, which opens up a whole new interconnected world to me, were blue/red/black boxes hacking triggered my interest in how the Internet works, and the essence of computer security. With the advancement of computing power and available internet bandwidth, computer games start to be part of my life. Advancing that further, triggered my curiosity in how humanity behaves, especially when games can bring out the best (and also sometimes the worst) of human being behavior. This introduced the “gamification” terms to me.Coupled with start-up experience, fundraising, investor management, product design and development, digital marketing, I had been leveraging the know-how and applying it to various projects, including my own start-ups. It not only gives me the technical understanding of how a product/solution works but also how to structure it according to the business’s needs best. ps: Currently tinkering with AI/ML on US stock trading prediction analysis.
