Leading a technical team, I liaise closely with them and the senior management team to create a feasible project plan and ensure projects are implemented in accordance with the quality standards expected of us by our customers.Project Highlights: • Successfully developed and implemented EMV card payment standard as part of the GQM from zero-knowledge • Successfully renewed and maintained the EMV certification • Successfully created EMV in-house test suite in collaboration with TAR UC FYP programmes • Delivered the wrapper modules in the HSBC Hong Kong CSD migration project • Led a team for the HSBC Dubai CSD application migration project
