After my husband passed away, I joined OmniGrowth to be a part of transitioning my clients to a new firm. I participated in client meetings and was able to continue to foster excellent client relations. At this firm, I took on the challenge of brand development where I engaged in numerous networking events

When I met my future husband in 2011, he wanted me to join him as his partner. I studied for and passed my Series 7 within four months. As his partner, I was the "personality" and he was the "Intellect." However, he needed administrative help, so I worked behind the scenes to implement and optimize the client database, put together the quarterly and annual complex financial reports, I handled a lot of the client phone calls, addressing inquiries to ensure accurate information delivery and alleviate concerns about their investments. I also maintained our in-home office, including the filing system, correspondence, computer backup, and purging of outdated documentation.

The main focus was real estate and estate/probate law with the following highlights:• Developed a system for closing to ensure a smooth real estate transaction and to track all information and to make sure all timeframes are met.• Streamlined document preparation for more effective time management.• Maintained and revised filing system of over 1,000 client files.• Met with clients to review real estate documents and to explain the closing process.• Maintained office schedules to include real estate closing, client meetings and attorney schedule.• Prepared correspondence and drafted responses to various parties on behalf of attorney involving real estate matters, and other areas of practice to respond to inquiries and provide accurate information as needed.• Drafted attorney review letters, follow with attorneys as directed to complete attorney review.• Prepared instruction letters for buyers and sellers for inspections, mortgages, etc.• Reviewed home inspection reports, prepared home inspection repair letters (for Buyers), responses letters (for Sellers) and finalize once attorney brings inspection issues to conclusion.• Ordered Title Binder for Buyer and review for taxes, liens and other outstanding issues in order to ensure clear title.• Prepared and reviewed real estate closing documents, as well as estate documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, livings wills and health care directives) for accuracy and completeness.• Coordinated real estate closings with clients, attorneys, title companies, realtors and financial institutions.• Met with clients to review and sign their estate documents and to answer any questions when the attorney was not available.• Answered questions for clients when they called the office to clarify questions regarding their matter.
