o In charge of end-to-end process of recruitment. o Source qualified applicants for rank and file, staff, supervisory and managerial positions based on the approved manpower requisition form (MRF). o Call and schedule applicants for examination and interview. o Conducts pre-employment examinations and initial interviews. o Endorse applicants recommended for further evaluation to the concerned departments such as sales and marketing, customer relations, production, quality assurance, finance and accounting, logistics, purchasing, research and development, engineering, office of the general manager, human resource and management information system. o Manages recruitment activities online. o Maintains an active file or manpower pooling to promptly respond to personnel requisition of all department. o Ensures that the hiring targets are met in a timely manner. o Coordinates with manpower agencies, executive search and online job sites. o Does background investigations of applicants recommended for hiring. o Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements of selected applicants before reporting to work. o Conducts orientation to newly hired employees. o Files and safe keeps 201 personal records. o Performs administrative duties or other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Other Tasks: o Part of the events committee, organizing company-wide programs or occasions and usually served as the emcee. o Attended certifications for International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). o Served as an internal quality auditor to specific departments.

o Screening, testing, interviewing and placement of applicants profiled either for technical support representatives, customer service representatives, subject matter experts, team leaders or back office support. o Maintained database for applicants/former consultant and prospect employees. o Maintain effective filing of application papers for easy monitoring and reference. o Preparing and monitoring account’s requirements and needs. o Attending calibration meetings to assure that the needs of the account would be thoroughly observed upon hiring quality employees. o Endorsing qualified candidates to operations for account-specific validation. o Background/reference checking. o Monitoring background check status while observing compliance with the maintained company process. o Explaining job offers and contracts to hired applicant and giving proper orientation of mandatory requirements. o Consolidates lists of successfully hired applicants for end-of-day accomplishment report. o Scheduling of orientations and date of joining. o Responsible in ensuring the submission of all the government mandated documents for SSS, TIN, PHIC and PAG-IBIG intended for membership enrollment of newly hired employees. o Performs administrative duties or other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
