Responsible for generating significant growth in digital sales, online traffic, and database subscribers.• Drive aggressive growth of revenue across all three Betts Group brands to meet seasonal and annual sales targets by developing and managing a site that delivers on the company vision;• Manage a team to drive revenue on the website and achieve budgeted sales, traffic, and conversion targets;• Assist with the development of the marketing strategy for all brands in line with company objectives;• Co-ordinate marketing campaigns and creating & publishing marketing material in line with marketing plan;• Provide high level UX and design recommendations for online and offline to increase traffic and brand awareness;• Manage website enhancement projects and provide technical advice regarding major website upgrades and migrations;

Support the Men’s Product Manager with product development, range building and visual merchandising. • Analyse consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;• Regular reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;• Manage & maintain open-to-buy budgets;• Liaise with other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are completed;• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products;• Present new ranges to senior executives;

Collaborate with key team members on Marketing & eCommerce team to maintain brand websites and keep marketing campaigns on track. • Design and execute creative content including store signage & POS, brand websites, eDM’s and social media;• Develop creative marketing ideas and concepts;• Coordinate promotions and offers to brand loyalty members;• Execute paid search campaigns and manage expenditure budget;• Manage all written content on the brand websites;• Plan, direct & coordinate the distribution of orders to customers;
