I have extensive experience in Customer Service, with 8 years of retail experience behind me along side a degree in Computing Science. I spent 3 years as a Home Cinema Installer, which required me to not only provide a very hands on and personal customer service, but work to very demanding time limits and have a vast knowledge of different products.Since this I have moved into varied role within Digital Prosperity, providing sales, after sales, tech support, web design, sales funnels, email sequences, audio editing, video editing, content creation and a myriad of other digital services to both Digital Prosperity and their customer base.I had also taken on a role of ICT Support Desk Officer for Staffordshire County Council, providing first line and escalated support for users across the estate. Including but not limited to: Supporting users through O365/Microsoft related tasks and issues, diagnosing hardware faults, liasing with other departments to provide swift resolution and supporting the wide range of use-cases found on a county council level.However I have now moved into Cyber Security providing analysis of data and threat investigation using tools such as Bullwall, Tenable, Microsoft Sentinel and AnyRun.
