His work has exposed him to many industries, including robotics, manufacturing and industrial engineering, plastic recycling, international marketing, technology, joint venture structure and implementation, pharmaceuticals, motion pictures, food retailing and large agribusiness. In recent years, Mr. Sanders has advised large corporate clients of major bank groups in the restructuring of their operations and balance sheets. Mr. Sanders is noted for a business style that has been successful in especially sensitive situations, including family businesses, and a commitment to continuous learning and the advancement of the knowledge base in the practice of corporate transformation.Mr. Sanders graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Vanderbilt University.
