Provide advisory and consulting services to clients in Africa on behalf of DST for their Asset Management Solution, HiPortfolio:• Manage and Conduct Client site reviews, including the preparation of review reports, analysis of issues and provision of potential recommendations for the client • Prepare and deliver customised client training, which includes both product and operational process content. • Prepare and delivery of Client Specific Module demonstrations, which includes database set up, documentation of functionality and process as well as power-point presentation (Presentations also deliver via web-ex video conferencing) • Analyse and resolve client specific product and/or operational issues, which includes end to end documentation of the issue and resolution • Co-ordinate and prepare Client RFI’s (Request for Information) Established the requirements, configured and implemented the Impart/2 and HiPortfolio systems including performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for staff on all the installed modules, for clients throughout Africa. (Specialising in emerging markets)Established the requirements, implemented and reconciled the HiTrust system (Unit trust registry system) and trained staff for clients in Africa.Implementation and configuration of the OpenMessanger system, (SWIFT based straight through processing for trades and settlements) and provided training for staff.Established the requirements and implemented the OpenCGT system for clients when Capital Gains Tax was introduced in South Africa.
