As a team leader at North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP), I oversee the maintenance and improvement of the port's green spaces, gardens,parks and turf areas. I have a diploma in horticulture, a certificate IV in horticulture, and a trade certificate in greenkeeping/sports turf management. I have around 35 years of experience in gardening and landscaping, working as a Greenkeeper / gardener/landscaper at various locations. I have strong skills in attention to detail, land management, and turf management, and I enjoy creating and preserving beautiful and sustainable environments. I am passionate about horticulture and its benefits for the community, the environment, and the economy. I am always eager to learn new techniques and technologies, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
