A Design and Construct Lump Sum Contract, the development forms Stage 7 of the ongoing FPA Hamilton Reach Precinct Development and consists of two residential towers positioned over a common two level basement. The buildings are surrounded by landscape common areas extending to all boundaries limits. The large tower configured in an East to West direction is known as Riverlight East (Building 1) and the northern most towers is known as Riverlight North (Building 2). Riverlight East (Building 1) is a medium‐rise development comprising 155 apartments over eleven storeys with two levels of basement car parking. The main resident’s entrance to the apartment building is located on the southern side of the building, off the plaza area. Riverlight North (Building 2) is a medium‐rise development comprising 85 apartments over eleven storeys with two levels of basement car parking. Managing contractor role for the demobilisation of the Department of Defence's Moorebank site. 13 Defence units and four allied facilities will relocate from a Commonwealth owned Defence occupied site at Moorebank to Holsworthy Barracks.The project involves the planning and delivery of the complete relocation of 100ha of Defence assets, while at the same time preparing other site upgrades at the Holsworthy Base to support Defence needs.From February 2014 to present I was the Commercial Manager for the Living in Accommodation Precinct. The value of this precinct is $50m and involves construction of accommodation for defence personnel. As the living in accommodation precinct closes out I have transitioned into the infrastructure precinct. The Infrastructure Precinct is responsible for the construction of the roads and services infrastructure. My role on this precinct is to commercially manage tier 1 contractor John Holland Group to deliver $148m of works. The Commercial Tower has a net leasable area of 19,040m2, with tenants including Ergon Energy and Macquarie Bank, alongside Laing O'Rourke itself. The residential development is 21 levels and comprises 234 units.
