David Payne Constructions is a regionally based builder renowned for their integrity, quality project delivery and community focus. The Company was established in 1991 by the current Directors – David and Melissa Payne.

The Company has approximately 45 employees and actively promotes training and advancement of existing staff. Over the past several years as projects have increased in size and budget, the company has employed experienced Project Managers and Estimators that provide proven experience in estimating and managing projects for both private development and Government Agencies. Several carpenters have been trained up in the Company to fill the role of Site Supervisor and with further training and experience will progress to Site Manager positions.
