Leigh Bennett has a diverse business career as an Educator, HR Manager and Consultant, Business and Government Consultant, and is a former Local Government CEO and senior executive. He has been running his own business since 2006. He is currently focused on strategic and destination planning alongside leadership and evidence-based executive coaching (Hogan accredited).​Leigh knows the tourism sector well. He has established and managed tourism and economic development departments in local government, set up LTOs, scoped and built new VICs, led the redevelopment of ​a regional Airport to jet capacity winning Australian Major Airport of the Year in 2006. He has also been a director on Regional Tourism Organisation boards, an Interim General Manager of​ an RTO and Interim CEO for a major Hospitality and Tourism business.Throughout his career Leigh has been in leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring and has extensive experience in personal development programs focused on leadership, resilience, workplace culture, emotional intelligence and building stronger teams.
