I partner with clients to design virtual and hybrid learning for entry-level staff through senior leadership in many industries; ensure quality of Winters Group curriculum and supporting resources; onboard facilitators and instructional designers; facilitate learning for DEIJ practitioners and committees; and collaborate with colleagues to identify and address emerging challenges and possibilities in equity and justice work. I am the managing editing of The Inclusion Solution blog, ensuring close attention to inclusive language and narratives. I write and contribute to TWG publications and resources including forthcoming book Racial Justice at Work: Practical Solutions for Systemic Change. I also developed and lead a DEIJ Summer Internship program, and lead our Live Inclusively Actualized grant proposal review committee.
