Summary of Responsibilities:The scope of responsibly within this position was to provide office management and organizational services to the Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team, EORLA Board Directors and the annual board/committee cycle, and EORLA member hospital staff. The role was heavily focused on coordinating and tracking workflow, projects, board action items and decisions, to ensure that pertinent documentation and follow-through was timely and complete. Maintaining corporate records, ensuring compliance with required legislation and best practices (i.e. corporate by-laws, policies and procedures) was an ongoing responsibility.

Summary of Responsibilities:Over nine years, supported the offices of three different Chief Financial Officers.
