Margo is a creative and highly experienced researcher and evaluator. She has an extensive background in many facets of evaluation and research design, implementation, data collection, analysis, and publication. She has collaborated with University faculties of medicine, nursing and veterinary science; community health centres; hospitals; health associations; research institutes; governments; and other non-profit organizations. She has enjoyed working with Indigenous people to whom she is grateful for helping her understand more about holistic wellness. She would love to mentor a small team of curious evaluators or researchers who are just starting their career path. She likes to dive into the literature, discover, and write about patterns to uncover strengths, gaps and next steps. Finally, talking with people about what matters to them during their encounter with or delivery of healthcare is inspiring to Margo. Outside of work she enjoys staying active, sketching and painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with her three lovely daughters.
