As Chief Operations Officer for MHI Global, I lead all of the key operating areas of the business including; independent distribution channels, global operations, sales and client operations , public sales and lead generations teams. Under the new MHI Global brand, I head the recruitment and education for all new and existing sales consultants and distribution partners across all brands, Miller Heiman, AchieveGlobal, Huthwaite, Channel Enablers and Impact Learning Systems. I joined Miller Heiman in 2003 from Shell Oil Company. During my tenure with Shell, I held roles of increasing responsibility including territory sales, sales management, strategic planning and head of business development. As executive vice president of sales operations, I am responsbile for the overall direction, planning and leadership for national sales operations. A key element of my current role is recruiting talented indpendent sales consultants. I have been with Miller Heiman since 2003 and joined Miller Heiman as the director of Business Development and Sales. Leigh jumpstarted her sales and marketing career with Shell Oil Company. During her tenure with Shell, she held roles of increasing responsibility including territory sales, sales management, strategic planning and head of business development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & a Minor in Economic Theory from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Miller Heiman I enjoyed a thirteen-year career in sales & marketing with Shell Oil Company. During my tenure with Shell I held roles of increasing responsibility including territory sales, region sales management, strategic planning and head of business development. In my final role, she was responsible for an eleven state region managing the Shell/Texaco merger and brand conversion.
