Technical Account Engineer

As a Technical Account Engineer I work closely with the customer as their Point of Contact providing a strategic approach to IT, identifying gaps in the IT processes and Infrastructure, stay up to date and advising on industry trends, and ensuring that the right technologies are being utilized in the correct manner for the organizationI work with customers on a daily basis to deliver proactive system maintenance, maintaining their Network, Backups, Server Infrastructure, Office 365, Firewall and Anti-virus, making sure it is all running effectively and efficiently as possible. These projects would range from: - SharePoint Deployments - Intune Deployments - Office 365 Mail Migrations - AD to AzureAD Migrations - Server Infrastructure Upgrades / Replacements- Firewall Installations On a Day-to-Day basis I would utilize my skillset in a wide range of IT Responsibilities such as: - Virtualization (Hyper-v, VMware, Azure) - Windows Server Maintenance (2012 - 2022) - End user support & query resolution- Office 365 & Azure Administration- Firewall Support and Maintenance (Fortinet, Dell, Watchguard) - New Setups and Data Migration - Project Scope and Proposal - Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors - Advice customers on current and new technologies and solutions

Migrations And Innovation Lead

As a Migrations and Innovation Lead, my role includes: - Work in a team environment with cross team collaboration, effective communications and accountability.- Build, from the ground up, highly reliable and scaleable cloud services. - Setting and maintaining targets while reporting progress to management. - Innovate, create, make decisions and problem solve on a daily basis. Migration Engineer

Along with being a Tech Support Engineer in Zinon, I have gradually found a new Role as a Migrations Engineer. The main role of a migrations engineer / that of the migrations team, is to migrate new / existing clients to new and upgraded cloud platforms based on both Vmware and Azure. When I first started my role in Zinon Cloud - i was initially drafted in as a Level 1 Tech Support Engineer. This involved providing basic support to the customers and resolving the issues as efficiently as possible. As I progressed through my career in Zinon Cloud - I gradually moved into a Level 2 Engineer's role, in which I would be tasked with more complex issues and accepting ticket escalations from Level 1's. Being a Level 2 also encouraged me to get more involved with the technical aspect of how the cloud platform worked - and I gradually got more involved in Building and Maintaining the Cloud infrastructure - not just offering basic line support- Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.- Provide assistance to clients over the telephone and via remote connection.- Diagnose and resolve technical and software issues.- Logging all calls and resolutions using a call management system- Accepting ticket escalations from Level 1 Engineers
