Portman Property Investments (PPI) is a boutique property developer based in London. We actively buy, develop and sell properties typically £1M+.Our latest development was a luxury penthouse at Aberdeen Court in Maida Vale. The penthouse was constructed on the roof of an existing six storey mansion block over looking Little Venice. The works required for this build were extensive and complex. I achieved a return of in excess of 20% and completed the works in little under 12 months.

I headed up the residential department of The Ackerman Group (TAG). I reported directly to the board and was responsible for asset managing and developing their portfolio of residential real estate.During my time at TAG I built, sold, let and managed over £400million worth of UK and London property.I started as a senior executive and moved up to Managing Director of the residential portfolio within three years.My roles included:P&L responsibility and budget control. Ensuring our occupancy targets we consistently met (95%).Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners. Managing our Ground Rent portfolio (in excess of £50M+)Identifying development opportunities, negotiation and working with lawyers to completion,Achieved growth targets of 16% year on year.Management of project operations, from design, procurement and construction to successful completion.Detailed monthly reporting to the board.Detailed understanding of statutory undertakings.Sales and marketing activities of new developments.
