Vp, Marketing Operations & Digital Growth
CurrentPartner cross-functionally with product, service, sales, finance, decision support and relationship management teams to continuously optimize programs, processes, initiatives and campaigns to deliver high value results to the company at optimal cost. Lead a team of 40+ teammates in marketing operations, operational/crisis communications, channel marketing (digital, chat, in-product, SMS, email, automation, events), all focused on delivering business outcomes and solutions to key business problems with an eye to driving client and member acquisition and engagement at scale. Responsible for operating model, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Deliver meaningful revenue growth and service cost reduction in one-to-many engagement channels, and support go to market initiatives for high visibility programs and campaigns. Develop marketing OKRs and KPIs, and deliver marketing dashboards, operating reviews for C Suite and senior leaders.
