At TriSummit Bank (later acquired by HomeTrust Bank) I was responsible for starting a retail investment sales program from scratch to generate non-interest income for a startup community bank. During my time at TriSummit Bank, I created hundreds of new account relationships for the investment program selling individual stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, and annuities. In addition, I handled all the day-to-day operations of the program, including marketing, customer service, management reporting, and compliance.
