Our story begins in East TN, where lifelong friends Greg Oakley and Chet Sikorski set out to build something different. With decades of experience shaping some of the most respected names in sportswear, they didn’t just bring a history—they brought a vision for the future.
Today, we operate out of our international HQ in Greg and Chet's hometown of Bristol, Tennessee—a place that continues to inspire everything we do. From crisp mountain mornings to winding rivers and championship fairways, we design for a life well-lived in all four seasons. We believe in flattering fits over passing trends, smart performance over industry shortcuts, and clothing that earns its place in your rotation.
Subtle touches tell our story. Like our '11-stitch' buttons, a nod to our founding year 2011. Or the iconic Standwell collar, featuring a proprietary bonded construction that keeps its shape without stays or gimmicks. These aren’t afterthoughts. They’re reminders that better is always possible when you care enough to invest the time to build it right.
But behind every stitch, there’s a team…many of whom have been here from the beginning. It's not uncommon to catch the occasional toddler strolling the hallways, dogs nap under desks, lunches are shared on the patio, and impromptu post work rounds are commonplace. It’s not a corporate tower. It’s a creative, hard-working family of sorts—brought together by a deep respect for what we create together.
