Open shifts not filled via the bank are put out to agencies to fill. The role is very heavily dependent on good administration skills, able to prioritise the most urgent emails in a very busy inbox and work cohesively with the team to ensure the hospitals are fully staffed. Adding Doctors onto ESR (Electronic Staffing Record) to generate a payroll number to facilitate payment via the hospital. Generating Iris accounts for access to training. -
