Stella Lellos is head of the corporate and commercial department of Rivkin Radler LLP. Her practice concentrates on private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance transactions and general corporate representation of U.S.-based and international companies.Stella also has significant experience in all aspects of complex corporate transactions. She has advised companies from startup to maturity and has handled numerous joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and stock in a variety of industries, many involving cross-border issues.
