CurrentA. L&D Senior Executive (Jun 2021 - Now):1. Learning Partner (Scope: ~ 700 employees): - Provide L&D related consultancy and learning solutions to address department challenges/ needs- Conduct a Learning Need Analysis process for Departments in charge- Manage training budget utilization2. Topic Owner: - Drive learning topics assigned to success and assure professional service is delivered through a variety of coordination with relevant stakeholders (Learning topics include soft skills, common technical skills, english accent...)- Organize 2 batches of Leadership program for First Level Managers successfully with high overall satisfaction from participants3. Project Owner: - Organize contest, learning challenges to promote learning culture at company.- Organize initiative projects cross organization (Internal technical competition for employee < 2 years of experience with the prize of Talent Exchange Trip to Japan).- Coordinate 1st batch of BEA (Bosch Embedded Academy), a training program for University students.4. Other: Play MC role in several events such as Talkshow Be Unique with speaker Nguyen Huu Tri during Diversity week event, Code race event, Long year service, FIT FEST, ... both in company and department level.B. L&D Intern (Oct 2020 - Apr 2021)• Organize Onboarding program for new employees (2 batches/month with around 40 pax/ batch) and deliver the Introduction part. • Tracking and following up on the implementation of the training calendar • Handling administrative and logistics arrangement for training activities• Assume primary responsibilities for all L&D internal communication and corporate events from idea initiation to action planning and implementation (communication kit design, communication activities, contests, etc…) • Training database recording, management and reporting on a monthly basis
