• Review and understand client's technical requirement for different demands.• Strategic sourcing through job portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, Foundit, and Facebook).• Conduct phone interviews to scrutinize candidate's technical skills based on client's provided qualifications.• Formatting resumes to highlight candidates' strengths for client's review.• Scheduling interviews (phone/face-to-face/virtual) from initial to final stage• Mediates in negotiation between candidates and clients.• Participates in calibration meetings with internal team to clarify specifications of different requisitions.• Helps in coaching junior recruiters by initiating KTs (knowledge transfer) and mock calls.

Key Responsibilities:•Source qualified candidates through Jobstreet Monster and Linked in and schedule them for interview with Clients. • Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews• Responsible on sending Team reports on a daily basis• Responsible on sending Interview Monitoring reports to Recruitment Supervisors.• Answers recruitment queries and concerns of the candidates through calls and emails •Review and understand technical job requirements.•Conducts screening interview and initial technical screening interview over the phone•Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need.• Endorsement and generate report for every end of activity• Formatting candidates'​ Resume
