I am an IT Professional with a passion for efficiency and productivity, using IT Infrastructural capabilities to solve complex business problems. Having spent over 7 years in the IT Industry, I have strong communication skills, time management ethos, and an inherent capacity that allows me to adapt to almost any situation.Combined with an inherent interest in understanding data and utilizing various Business Intelligence tools to model, analyze, visualize and uncover insights, trends, to enable organizations and businesses to make informed business decisions, I demonstrate strength and foresight in the execution of tasks others shy away from under pressure while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service delivery.In my spare time I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups; both learning and helping others, to leverage Salesforce in ways that will improve productivity and efficiency for both their employers and co-workers! Regularly sharpening my data analysis skillset via Dataquest, Decoded, Maven Analytics and other providers. Topics being covered include, but are not limited to, Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Regression Analysis, Time Series Analysis and Automation.Outside of my passion for Salesforce and Data Analytics, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching Soccer, most especially the UEFA Champions League.
