- Assist the Director of Engineering in leading, developing and managing a team of ten engineering specialists- Ensure that preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the Hotel are planned and carried out - Ensure standards are maintained for guests' and colleagues' comfort and safety- Design and implement effective solutions to improve energy management- Ensure the Hotel upholds fire, life, health, safety and security responsibilities- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure minimal impact of repairs and maintenance on operations- Carry out daily, weekly, monthly, yearly projects as required- Control, initiate and undertake CAPEX projects from design and pricing to construction and commissioning- Carry out weekly tours of Hotel kitchens, restaurants, bars and function rooms to ensure the highest standard of health and safety and maintenance is constantly achieved- Monitor and control the engineering expenses- Continually analyze and report on departmental costs to ensure performance against budget- Coordinate fire safety procedures and conduct training for Emergency Response Team

- Electrical works, repairs and economic projects solutions- Control of the technical, security, fire protection system facilities of the hotel- Work in an energy-efficient way and ideas on the subject of "saving energy" to the technical management- Perform the controls from the FLHSS&E guidelines(Fire, Life, Health, Security, Safety & Environment), safe and sound.- Maintenance of the control schedule, preventive and curative maintenance- Develop and deliver training programs for all employees on FLHSS related rules and regulations
