CurrentProject Advisor, Project Manager and Solution Consultant for many clients such as CMA-CGM, SODEXO, EIFFAGE, AIR FRANCE KLM, L’OREAL, VEOLIA, SUEZ, CN RAILS, ACCOR…- Plan, coordinate, and implement 3-4 projects simultaneously for global enterprise customers- Advise on how to integrate ERP, implement best practices, and achieve maximum value from the solution- Ensure customer success by coordinating Product, Sales, Support, and Professional Services- Achieve customer needs through design, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget- Provide support in configuring the platform (solution consultant)- Contribute to the training of the team's new members (knowledge transfer)- Improve internal process efficiency by contributing to the development of Professional Services methodology
