About Sarah Reed

Often called 'the lemonade maker'- a problem-solving, growth driving, gritty leader with a unique mindset that can turn complex business challenges (lemons) into clear, actionable strategies that deliver sustainable results (lemonade). ________________________________________SUCCESS BEGINS WITH A STORY, AND THE GREAT ONES HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO CAN TELL THEM.Bold, fearless and full of moxy; that's what it takes to make lemonade, and I've been doing it since I was a little kid. Growing up with modest means, I navigated my journey as a first-generation college graduate, harnessing my resilience to carve out my own path, despite the roadblocks along the way. Nearly two decades ago, I started to see my talents shine as a scrappy, award winning nonprofit marketer that then afforded me the confidence to summon the intense growth required to drive change and save lives in global pharma. After learning some valuable lessons with company acquisitions and reallocation, I was afforded one of the most valuable experiences I've had to date, serving as the only female leader in the world of manufacturing. It was here in my story, that I almost crumbled to the pressures of motherhood, being a new leader, finally getting diagnosed with ADHD, and all at the peak of COVID. Fear started to take over, but my strong growth-minded characteristics kicked in. After leaving the corporate world for a bit to “reset” and freelancing on my own, I let go of my fears and joined a tech startup where all my precious experiences collided, finally exposing my super power of solving complex business problems. It only took 40 years to get here, and I feel like I’m just getting started. And, today my story continues. I’m taking my superpower to a new level with the founding of Hello.Moxy- a consultancy and future AI tool designed to solve complex business problems. Stay tuned!
